Terms and Conditions

Nights Out 4 Women reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership.

Members
Can attend any number of events and are indeed encouraged to do so in order to get the most out of membership. However a member may only book a maximum of 5 places on an individual event so that the group remains balanced. Should a member wish to book more than 5 places they should contact us to see if this would be possible if it is not we will be pleased to organise an event especially for the member's group on another occasion.

Cancellation for Dinners, Days and Evenings Out
For midweek and one-day events under the price of £100, providing you give us more than FIVE days notice, you will receive a full refund less a £3 Cancellation fee. For theatre and concert trips where we are committed to tickets no refund will be given unless you or we can resell the ticket.

Refunds will not be given if cancelled within 3 days before the day of the event. If cancelled on the 4th day before the day of the event a 50% refund will be given. All other cancellations 5 days or more will be fully refunded less the cancellation fee as outlined above.

Cancellations for Weekends Away and Special Events
For overnight events or events costing over £100 (But excluding overseas trips) providing you give us more than TWENTY-EIGHT full days notice, you will receive a full refund less a £15 Cancellation fee.

Cancellations for Holidays
Cancellation is as per the terms and conditions supplied with the Holiday Information Packs.
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing.

Refunds will only be given if an appropriate insurance policy has been taken out and that policy will cover the refund otherwise refunds will not be given. You are required to obtain an appropriate insurance policy.

If you simply do not turn up for an event without contacting us (24 Hour Answerphone Available!!) you will automatically forfeit any money paid, and will also be liable for any outstanding balances.
Please note that for any event that you want to cancel, please phone the office or e-mail us & we will try our best to resell the slot for you as we often have a waitlist.

Should Nights Out 4 Women Limited (N.O.W) cancel any Events you will be sent a full Credit Note.
Amounts for over £40 will be refunded in the form of a Cheque. Credit notes can be returned to the
N.O.W office at any time for either a refund or as payment for events.
Credit Notes can only be used for Nights Out 4 Women Limited events.

Standard Membership Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions the following words shall (except where the context otherwise admits) bear the following:-“N.O.W” means Nights Out 4 Women Limited and/or any other persons firms or companies operating duly authorised Franchises of the business of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Limited.

“MEMBER” means any Members of Nights Out 4 Women Ltd or any person or persons intending to
or who have applied for membership of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN upon the terms and conditions
contained herein.

“EVENT/EVENTS” means any of the activities and Events organised by
NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN for its Members.

Applications for membership of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN shall be made in writing using a NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Application Form via the N.O.W web site. Where a member has joined via the internet he/she is deemed to have signed the application form. On completion of an Application Form each new Member will be advised of their membership start date. Members receiving confirmation shall be bound during the continuance of Membership by these Terms and Conditions and by all and any other terms stated above and by any other Policies, Bye-laws or Regulations for the time
being published by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN.

NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN reserve the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to determine the number of members in the Group.

NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN reserves the right at all times to expel Members or to prevent for any reason any Member from participating in any Event or from renewing Membership.

Members shall conduct themselves when participating in all Events in a sensible, safe and social manner towards all other members and towards the General Public and towards all those persons firms or companies providing Members with instruction or guidance in connection with the participation by Members in Events. Any complaints made to NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN in respect of the behaviour of Members will be dealt with pursuant to the terms of paragraph 5 above.

Where necessary in physical Events it is deemed by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN members have full responsibility for arranging, (or not as the case may be) their own Accident Insurance cover. Members shall take and bear all risks involved in participating in the events. For certain events Insurance cover will be (because of the nature of an Event) unavailable or unobtainable either by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN or by Members and in such cases Members assume the risk involved in participating in such Events. Participation by Members in such Events is entirely at the Members own risk and all such participating members may at the discretion of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN and before taking part in the Event concerned be required by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN to sign a form of special disclaimer in respect of the liability of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN for accident or injury to such Members. Any such Member refusing to sign such disclaimer will be prevented (so far as such prevention is lawful) from participating in the Event concerned. In such circumstances a Member prevented from participating in an Event may not be entitled to any refund of bookings fees paid.

Guests of Members may be required by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN at its discretion to sign a form of Special Disclaimer in respect of the liability of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN for accident or injury to such Guests whether or not insurance cover is available or unobtainable for a particular Event. Any such Guest refusing to sign such Disclaimer (where requested to do so by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN) will be prevented (so far as such prevention is lawful) from participating in the Event concerned and in such circumstances a Guest of a Member are so prevented from participating in any Event may not be entitled to any refund of booking fees paid.

a) Members shall not hold NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the cancellation for whatever reason of an Event. Where cancellation arises and is the fault of a supplier of an Event NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN will use the best endeavours to procure the return of the booking fees and any other monies paid by member for such Events

b) Where an event is cancelled for any reason by a member or guest, they are bound by the cancellation policy above.

Members’ subscriptions will be as specified in the NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Application Forms or Members renewing membership shall do so within 10 days after each anniversary of the date becoming a Member. Where any member fails to pay the full membership subscription upon any renewal within such period membership is cancelled as aforesaid.

NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members or any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members appointed by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN as “Voluntary Co-ordinators” shall with approval from their local Co-ordinator, be entitled to organise, but not to advertise "local meetings' of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members at venues convenient for NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members in any particular area. Such Members or "local co-ordinators” organising such meetings shall not charge for attendance at such meetings nor receive any kind of payment from NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members or any other members of the public for organising such meetings nor shall any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN member or "local co-ordinator” hold him or herself out as the representative of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN nor shall any such meeting or any other Event organised by any such member or “local co-ordinator” be advertised or conducted under the NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN name. Such meetings or Events shall be of a purely social nature and any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Member or “local co-ordinator" organising such meeting shall make it clear to all those attending that the meeting is not an authorised NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Event conducted officially by an authorised NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN organiser. Events other that the 'social meetings' referred to in this sub-clause shall not under any circumstances be promoted by the NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members or by 'local co-ordinators' without the consent in writing of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN nor shall any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Member or 'local co-ordinator' seek to recruit NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members to participate in any such Events.

a) Any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Member or 'local co-ordinator" in breach of sub-clause (10) above or who attempts to organise an Event will have his or her Membership cancelled. Any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN member or ‘local co-ordinator' selling or attempting to sell tickets for or involving NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members or other persons in attending a non-NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Event whether such sale or attempt to sell or attempt to involve is made at a NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Event or directly or indirectly to NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Members will have his or her membership cancelled unless such NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN member or 'co-ordinator' has been authorised in writing by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN to undertake any of the aforesaid matters. No member or “local co-ordinator" shall advertise for the benefit of NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN members and/or the general public any Events of any nature whatsoever (including social events) which such member or "local co-ordinator" seeks to organise.

NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN shall have power
a) To alter these Terms and Conditions and the contents of the NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN Information Pack without prior notice to existing Members notwithstanding that existing Members will be provided with copies of any such alterations within days of the date of the same.

b) To make amendments or minor Regulations for regulating the conduct and affairs of Members. All such amendments and/or minor Regulations will be published by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN in NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN communications and the terms thereof shall be final and binding upon all Members.

These Terms and Conditions and any other amendments or minor Regulations published by NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN and any other Terms and Conditions applicable to Members appearing in any NIGHTS OUT 4 WOMEN information shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.
