Ladies Day at Royal Ascot

Royal Ascot Ladies Day is a truly marvellous spectacle,
and one that has to be experienced!

We meet our executive coach in Ashford, Middlesex at 10am for a quick trip out through the beautiful Surrey countryside to Ascot Racecourse - home to the celebration of horse racing that is Ladies Day, Royal Ascot.
the newly redeveloped course and the Royal Meeting returning to Ascot the atmosphere is bound to be electric and even more special than normal.

We arrive at Royal Ascot mid morning and its time to open the bottles of bubbly
and enjoy the festivities. You can study the racing form guides and decide who to back and enjoy our exclusive picnic site with plenty of space and tables, chairs, rugs etc. We are sure you will appreciate the space and setting of our new venue.

Your meal will be freshly prepared using quality ingredients and will feature luxury deli-rolls and a choice of salads, plus and how could we forget the strawberries
and cream!, and a fantastic cheese board. This is accompanied by a plenty of red
or white wine and soft drinks which you can enjoy before making your way
into the course for the days racing

Your package includes entrance to the Silver Ring which has also been redeveloped and rebuilt during the past year, and will provide a great location from which to watch the racing action and has a good view of the home straight. You can get right by the rail to watch the horses close up, or enjoy the stand and its facilities.
The Silver Ring includes large grandstands and seating as well as a choice of bars (serving the legendary Pimms!), shops, food stalls and toilets etc.

There is no enforceable dress code for the Silver Ring, but nearly everyone dresses up and it is traditional that ladies wear their summer dresses with hats etc.
whilst men would normally wear a suit or blazer.

There is a great programme of racing on throughout the Royal Ascot festival but its also a place to “see and be seen” and enjoy a great party atmosphere.

The last race is at 5:30pm after which we ask you to return to the coaches promptly so that we can depart at around 6pm for the journey back to London-
arriving back around 7:30pm.

around 7:30pm in the evening.
